At Jewellery Time, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and documentation.
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process To initiate a return:
- Contact us at admin@citytimewatchmaker.com.au. within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the return process to send back the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mario@citytimewatchmaker.com.au with your order details and photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@citytimewatchmaker.com.au.
